A supervised visitation that allows parents in high conflict or high risk situations access to their children in a safe and supervised environment. The non-custodial parent that has access to the child(ren) does so only when supervised by a Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor. Supervised visitation is used to protect children from potentially dangerous situations while allowing parental access and providing support for the child(ren)-parent relationship.
Hourly Rate, Two Hour Minimum
The purpose of monitored exchange is to provide a safe, child-friendly place to exchange children and protect them from conflicts between custodial and noncustodial parents. In cases involving domestic violence, the purpose is also to protect the victim of domestic violence, who is usually the custodial parent.
Court reports are used to convey specific information regarding the family from the perspective of the Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor. The court report audience is the family, court, attorneys, and other parties. Specific information in the court report differs depending on the type of hearing. An Objective Report is prepared about each visit containing a description of family interactions as observed by the Monitor. (Copy available upon request). In addition other reports are available as requested by attorneys, parents or court.
